The National Park Service (NPS) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation to provide labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to ship and return sampling equipment to water system operators on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Tests samples will include: total/fecal coliform, nitrate/nitrite, and raw water MPN, report sample results to system operator, contracting officer representative and respective State officials. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 541380 and the size standard is $16.5 million. Period of Performance Base + 4 Option Years 7/1/2020 to 6/1/2025 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
