TWIN CREEKS WATER TANK The National Park Service intends to issue a solicitation for the demolition and removal of and existing 30,000 water tank and delivery/construction of a1 new 30,000-gallon potable water storage tank in the located in the Twin Creeks Area of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (GRSM), This proposed acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside procurement, the NAICS code is 237110 and the size standard is $36.5 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation will result in a contract with a base period of 240 days. The official solicitation package and its attachments will be issued and be available on or about August 5, 2019. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.fbo.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their proposal.
