This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items (services) prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The National Park Service contemplates award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this combined synopsis/solicitation to the vendor; providing the best value to the Government. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P5319Q0041. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The attached SF18, Request for Quotations form, is for internal administrative purposes only. Award will be made using the SF1449 Solicitation/Order (Commercial) form. FAR clauses and provisions enclosed within this RFQ are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 and are available in full text through Internet access at https://www.acquisition.gov/far/. This RFQ is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All small business concerns may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the National Park Service (NPS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541370 Surveying and Mapping Services and the small business size standard is $15.0M. REQUIREMENT Big South Fork NRRA ¿ The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to survey up to twelve sections of boundary located within the Obed Wild and Scenic River, Wartburg, TN. SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote.
