This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-101 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation quotations are being requested. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19-502-2. The principle NAICS is 561720 Janitorial Services, Size standard is $18.0 in dollars.: 561790 Other Services to Building & Dwellings, Size standard is $7.5 in dollars. The National Park Service, North Major Acquisition Buying Office has a requirement for the procurement service for Deep Cleaning seasonal/temporary quarters. Required Services: Work involves deep cleaning interior of park housing units & interior/exterior cleaning of the windows & screens: This acquisition may result in a firm fixed price contract. The place of performance for this requirement is at Great Smoky Mountains National Park, Multiple locations. See Performance Work Statement (PWS) for these locations Server County TN, Cherokee NC. The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is 140P5419Q0040. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 541490 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov. SITE Visit Highly Recommended: August 15, 2019 1:00 pm EST. Meeting at the Headquarters office @ 107 Park Headquarter Rd. Gatlinburg, TN 37738 All contractor must request to attend via email to, geraldine_larsen@nps.gov.
