The National Park Service, Cape Hatteras National Seashore, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the replacement of tires on heavy equipment, detailed in the attached Specification Sheet. There are two locations in which the tires need to be delivered and mounted, in accordance with the specification sheet, 46590 Loggerhead Lane Buxton, NC 27920 and 506 Park Service Rd Nags Head, NC 27959. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial contract based on the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code is 326211 Tire Manufacturing, Size Standards is 1,500. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to complete this project.
