The solicitation number is 140P5319Q0026 issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses attached are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. This Service requirement for the Treatment of Hemlock Woolly Adelgid Great Smoky Mountains National Park North Carolina and Tennessee 2019- 2020. Service work is to suppress HWA (Hemlock Wooly Adelgid) populations and protect and preserve the valuable resource of Eastern Hemlock trees for the benefits of aesthetic, recreational, and ecological importance; The contractor shall provide all labor, tool/equipment, materials, and supervision required in the attached PWS; All sites are within the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Business in accordance with FAR Subpart 19-502-2, and only qualified offeror's may submit a quote.
