The National Park Service is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for the delivery and purchase of chemicals used to control Invasive Forest Insects and Disease at the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Reference # 140P5319Q0023 in documents and correspondences. Notice: 100% Set-Aside under the Total Small Business Procurement Program, In Accordance with FAR Subpart 19.502.2 Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable quote meeting the requirements of the specifications. Offers shall provide technical specifications of each chemical for the purpose of technical evaluation. Include any applicable taxes, and all ancillary costs. Invoicing shall be in accordance with attached IPP Local Clause. The NAICS code is 325320 Pesticide and Other Agricultural Chemical Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,000 Employees.
