The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to replace the asphalt shingles, the removal of a wood stove chimney and two vents, replacement of approximately 35 feet of gutter, and installation of gutter guards. The construction site is located at 149 Parkway Maintenance Road, Spruce Pine, NC 28777. TYPE OF CONTRACT: Firm Fixed Price 100% small business set-aside procurement. The NAICS code is 238160 and the size standard is $15 million. In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated to be less than $25,000. Period of Performance 9/1/2019 to 11/1/2019 SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system.
