The National Park Service is issuing a COMBINED SYNOPSIS / SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The acquisition is in support to Supply Blue Ridge Parkway NP, Blowing Rock NC location with mixing and delivering gravel as outlined in specifications. This requirement is set-aside for Total Small Business in accordance with FAR Subpart 19-502-2, and only qualified offeror's may submit a quote. The NAICS code is 212313 Crushed and Broken Granite Mining and Quarrying the size standard is 750 Employees. Also acceptable NAICS; 212311, 212312, 212319. This solicitation will result in a contract with a period of (90) days. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. The government reserves the right to award none, any or all of the bid options in any order. Award shall be made to the responsive and responsible offeror submitting a proposal which conforms to the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Firm-Fixed Price contract. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 140P5319Q0017. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED.
