The National Park Service (NPS), Cape Hatteras, Outer Banks Group, will be contracting to replace the hurricane shutters on 7 facilities on Ocracoke Island: Visitor Center, 5 Housing Units, and an Office Trailer. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial services contract based on the proposal that represents the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Par 15, Negotiations and FAR Part 19, Small Business Programs. This project site is located on Ocracoke Island, 101 NPS Road, Ocracoke, NC, 27960 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside The NAICS code is 321918 Other Millwork, Size Standard is 500. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation, please review the attachments posted. Required Services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials and supervision required to complete this project. The government reserves the right to award none, any or all of the bid options in any order.
