CYCLIC OVERLAY OF JACKSON STREET PARKING

The National Park Service is issuing a contract for the FY26 cyclic overlay of the West Jackson Street Parking Lot on the Natchez Trace Parkway in Tupelo, Mississippi. The contractor will provide all materials, labor, mobilization, and supervision to pave, mill, and overlay the parking area. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience, and bidders must have a registered UEI number and provide applicable references. A highly suggested site visit is scheduled for August 28, 2026 at 9:00 AM CT at the parking lot.
