This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a firm fixed-price contract to provide consolidated fire and intrusion alarm monitoring services for two National Parks in Louisiana. The services will be performed at building locations within Jean Lafitte National Park and Preserve and New Orleans Jazz National Historical Park. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for April 27, 2026, at 9:30 AM CT at the JELA Headquarters in New Orleans. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience, and bidders must provide a UEI number and references.
