Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside (FAR 19.14)

This project involves modernizing approximately 2,415 SF of office and support space within an existing National Park Service building in Natchez, including structural, MEP, and fire alarm work. The period of performance is 240 days after a Notice to Proceed, anticipated on or about June/July 2026. It is a fixed-price construction contract set aside for SDVOSB small businesses under NAICS 236220. The complete solicitation package will be released on or after April 1, 2026. A 30-day response period from the solicitation issuance is anticipated.
