Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm fixed-price contract for the installation of steel I-beams and concrete abutments on three separate trail bridges along the Natchez Trace Parkway in Madison, Mississippi. The work will be performed at three specific locations: MP 111.4, MP 112.7, and MP 113.7. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 28, 2025, at 9:00 CT at MP 111.4. Bidders can submit proposals for each bridge requirement separately or together, and the government may award to separate contractors per line item. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience.
