Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

This is a firm fixed-price contract for floor and plumbing repairs at the Historic Tupelo Homestead House #20 on the Natchez Trace Parkway. The work involves providing all labor, materials, and equipment to repair and replace failing joists and flooring and address minor plumbing issues. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM CT at the Natchez Trace Parkway. Proposals will be evaluated based on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience, and bidders must provide a UEI number and references.
