Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The contract requires a contractor to provide all necessary resources for the emergency and scheduled pump-out, transport, and disposal of wastewater and sludge. The performance period is for a base year plus four option years. The contractor is fully responsible for any spills during operations, which must be immediately reported to Everglades Dispatch. All waste must be transported to and disposed of at the closest treatment center, and all services must comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
