REPLACE FY24 Leipers Fork District Office HVAC Repair and Installation. The National Park Service, Southeast Region, East Contracting Operations Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement the Natchez Trace Parkway. It is the intent of this contract is to furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, and materials to repair the HVAC at the Leipers Fork District Office. Please see the Statement of Work for more details. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238220. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
