The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Jean Lafitte National Historical Park and Preserve. It is the intent of this contract is to furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, and materials provide professional, proficient, and effective custodial care of the Acadian Cultural Center (ACC) and Prairie Acadian Cultural Center (PACC) buildings and ground provide professional, proficient, and effective custodial care of the Acadian Cultural Center (ACC) and Prairie Acadian Cultural Center (PACC) buildings and grounds. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720. It is the contractor's responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions.
