FY23 VICK EXTERIOR CLEANING USS CAIRO CANOPY The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Vicksburg National Military Park. It is the intent of this contract is to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary clean of both sides of the canopy, clean and paint of support poles, downspouts, associated gutter accessories, anchors, associated hardware and electronics, clean up and related items necessary to complete the work described in this Statement of Work (SOW). This structure has a footprint of roughly 35,000 square feet with approximately 80,000 square feet of surface area to be cleaned and 5,000 square feet of surface area to be painted. Please see the Statement of Work for more details. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000 - $150,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Warren County, MS apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561790. It is the contractor¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors.
