Roofing work consist of, but is not limited to, demo existing roof covering and underlayment down to existing sheathing. Repair/replacement of ~20 SF rotted and/or missing 6-inch fascia board. Replace ~500 SF of rotted decking. Install ice & water shield, felt underlayment, metal flashings and drip edge, and ~62 squares of new 3-tab asphalt shingle roof. Also install ~75 LF of new 5-inch aluminum gutters and downspouts. Workmanship and Manufacturer's Warranty that comply with stated requirements.
