FY22 SHIL EXTERIOR PAINTING OF SIX BLDGS IN MAINT. The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Shiloh National Military Park. It is the intent of this contract is furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to paint the exterior of the Maintenance Shop, FM Office Building, Bally Building, Custodial Building, Carpenter Shop, and the Equipment Storage Building at Shiloh National Military Park. Please see the Statemen of Work for more details. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $35,000 - $50,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Hardin County, TN will apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238320It is the contractor¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by late April 2022. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors.
