FY22 CARI REPLACE CARI SEPTIC COMPONENTS The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Cane River Creole National Historical Park. The National Park Service (NPS) is seeking quotes to replace all components of the two (2) septic treatment units at the Seed House and Pavilion at the Oakland unit of Cane River Creole NHP. The contractor will remove debris from all compartments of the septic tanks, replace all components (control unit, compressor, floats and spray heads) and wiring within compartments, compartmentalize all wiring and waterproof all electrical connections. See the statement of work for more details. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $15,000 - $25,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Derry, LA will apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238910. It is the contractor¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by mid-March 2022. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors.
