The previous haul-out was completed in FEB 2020. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 30 Days after NTP. This vessel is equipped with: Two John Deere 6 cylinder 9.0 liter diesel engines model# 6090 ESN# PORT: RG6090L118578 STBD: RG6090L119070 Two Ultra Jet SN# PORT: 6919 STBD: 6921 REQUIRED TASKS includes: 1. Haul Out the vessel, blocking, launching and demurrage 2. Bottom paint (surface prep, two coats underlayment and two coats of aluminum anti anti-fouling) 3. Replace anodes (Government-furnished material) on hull 4. Replace all bilge pumps with new like in kind and return old pumps to NPS 5. Replace all float switches, high water alarm switches with new parts and return old parts to NPS 6. Replace 12KW generator Northern Lights Generator with new enclosure like in kind 7. Replace generator exhaust hose and install a rise to prevent seawater from entering engine 8. Inspect fire suppression system and submit report to NPS 9. Recertify vessel life raft Submission of quotations. Submit signed and dated Quote on SF 1449 or letterhead via email: andre_ward@nps.gov at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation. All quotations timely received will be considered from only Vendors with boatyard within 25 nautical miles of Government Boat Dock in Ocean Springs, MS 39564 (geographic area of consideration). Evaluation of quotations: The Government will evaluate quotations based only on price and past performance. Evaluation of other factors, such as past performance- (i) Does not require the creation or existence of a formal data base; and (ii) May be based on one or more of the following: (A) The contracting officer's knowledge of and previous experience with the supply or service being acquired; (B) Customer surveys, and past performance questionnaire replies; (C) The Governmentwide Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) at www.ppirs.gov; or (D) Any other reasonable basis. Where an evaluation is based only on price and past performance, an award decision will be made based on whether the lowest priced of the quotations or offers having the highest past performance rating possible represents the best value when compared to any lower priced quotation or offer.
