FY21 SHIL ASHPHALT PAVING & OVERLAY OF PARKING AREA The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for the Shiloh National Military Park. The maintenance to be performed under this contract shall consist of furnishing all materials, tools, equipment, and labor necessary for all work pertaining to the surfacing with asphaltic concrete on the parking area at the park Education Center, which is approximately 11,200 square feet. Contractor shall be responsible for all measurements. No striping of roads or parking areas will be necessary. The site of work is located at Shiloh National Military Park at 1055 Pittsburg Landing Road, Shiloh Tennessee 38376. A site visit is recommended. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990. It is the contractor¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by late July 2021. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors.
