FY21 SHIL FLAT ROOF REPLACEMENT ON VISITOR CENTER The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for the Shiloh National Military Park. It is the intent of this contract is to completely remove all existing bituminous roofing, underlayment, copper flashing and drip edge down to wood sheeting from the flat roofs and the approximate 9 square of synthetic slate tile from sloped roof of the Visitor Center. Replacement of said roofs include Siplast brand or equivalate built-up bituminous roofing, underlayment, insulation, copper flashing and drip edge with new material per the statement of work.
