FY21 NATR ROCKFACE DEBRIS REMOVAL MP 409-441 The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for the Natchez Trace Parkway. The purpose of this project is to remove the fallen and loose debris and to reestablish the original ditch line and slopes. Over the years debris has fallen and along the rock face and is encroaching towards the roadway. The section of roadway between MP 409 to MP 441 has several areas with exposed rock faces. Work will also include the removal of hazard trees as described in this document per the statement of work. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $100,000-115,000 Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Leipers Fork, TN will apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 561730. It is the contractor¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by early July 2021. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors.
