FY21 ABLI CYCLIC MAINTENANCE OF PICNIC RESTROOMS The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historical Park. This project entails the painting of the interior and exterior of the Picnic Area Restrooms, repairing and painting of the Interior concrete floors, and replacing two steel entry doors and jamb at Abraham Lincoln Birthplace NHP per the Statement of Work. The work is broken down into the follow base bids and bid options: A. Base Bid Item 1 -Paint Exterior of Restrooms-340 SF B. Base Bid Item 2- Paint Interior of Restrooms-280 SF C. Bid Option 1 ¿Recoat Resinous Floor of Restrooms-275 SF D. Bid Option 2- Replace Entry Doors and Jambs-2 Each PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $15,000 - $30,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for Hodgenville, Kentucky will apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238990. It is the contractor¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by early June 2021. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors. Bidders must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
