FY21 FODO REPAIR/PAINT EXT. HISTORIC CEMETERY BLDG The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Fort Donelson in Dover, Tennessee. Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals of the application of fresh exterior paint to 3 buildings located in the National Cemetery at Fort Donelson which are on the National Register for Historic Structures. The project would include removal of any loose or flaking paint, minor repair of any deteriorated wood, spot priming as needed and fresh exterior paint per Statement of Work. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $15,000 and $25,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for, Stewart county TN will apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238320 and the size standard is $16.5M. It is the contractor¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by late February 2021. Evaluation factors: The selection will be made by evaluating proposals based on cost, technical approach and relevant experience. See clause section for weighting of these three evaluation factors. Bidders must be able to provide references of applicable experience in order to receive the award.
