FY21 FODO REPLACE GUTTERS ON DOVER HOTEL The National Park Service, Southeast Region, West Major Acquisition Buying Office, hereby issues a combined synopsis/solicitation for a requirement for Fort Donelson in Dover, Tennessee. Work will consist of providing all labor, qualified supervision, material, tools, equipment, supplies and incidentals will consist of It is the intent of this contract to have the copper gutters, downspouts, and associated hardware replaced on the Dover Hotel. The Hotel is a two-story structure sitting on a basement, with the back side of the Hotel having all three levels of the structure exposed. This places the gutters on the front of the Hotel at around 18 feet off the ground and the back gutters at around 24 feet off the ground per Statement of Work. PROJECT MAGNITUDE: Between $5,000 and $15,000. Davis-Bacon Prevailing Wages for, Stewart county TN will apply. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 238170 and the size standard is $16.5M. It is the contractor¿s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This Acquisition shall result in award of a firm fixed price contract expected to be awarded by mid-February 2021.
