FY21 JELA ACC GROUNDS KEEPING SERVICES It is the intent of this services contract to provide professional, proficient and effective grounds keeping care of the Acadian Cultural Center (ACC) buildings and grounds. 3.0 REQUIREMENTS 1. The contract will be for one base year with the possibility of extending services up to four additional years. Refer to Section #14 (Contract Bid Schedule). This contract shall be a firm fixed-price, annual lump sum. 2. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, transportation and equipment necessary to accomplish the work under this contract. 3. The contractor shall follow all the Park¿s policies, procedures and guidance regarding performing work activities on federal lands. 4. The services shall be provided at: Acadian Cultural Center, 501 Fisher Road, Lafayette, LA (337) 232-0789 5. Grounds keeping services shall cover all exterior grounds of the ACC park unit.
