All offers timely received from eligible small business concerns shall be considered for award. NATIVE DUNE PLANTS Florida Panhandle/Alabama Gulf Coast SPECIFICATIONS: - 25,314 plants are needed, broken down as such: -- 6,329 sea oats (Uniola paniculata) -- 6,329 seacoast marshelder (Iva imbricata) -- 6,328 bitter panicgrass (Panicum amarum) -- 6,328 gulf bluestem (Schizachyrium maritimum) - To maintain genetic integrity, stock for all four species must originate from the Florida Panhandle/Alabama Gulf Coast. -- Location of original stock for all four species must be provided with bid. - Plants must remain in production containers through delivery. Plants found dead, damaged, rotted, infected, or in any other state that will negatively impact transplant success upon delivery will be replaced at no additional cost. -- Terms of sale and description of shipping method must be provided with bid. - Four inch production containers are preferred, but container sizes from 2 inches to 1 gallon may be acceptable based on availability. -- Production container sizes must be specified in bid.
