REPLACE ROOF STRUCTURE ON LANGDON BEACH PAVILION (3800 SF) AND BATTERY WORTH RESTROOM/SHELTER (3600 SF) GULF ISLANDS NATIONAL SEAHORE, FORT PICKENS AREA Nearest City/County: GULF BREEZE, ESCAMBIA COUNTY, FL MAGNITUDE: A firm fixed price construction contract with an estimated price range between $100,000 and $250,000. SCOPE: Remove the Pavilion roof structure on Langdon Beach Hut Building # 31 and replace (decking and aluminum standing seam roof, trusses, gutter, ceiling, hardware and deteriorated boards and railings). Also remove existing asphalt shingle roof with a standing seam aluminum roof on Battery Worth Restroom/Shelter (FL19). All work shall comply with Florida Building Code (FBC) and ASCE 7-16 Standards, and meet all other requirements accordance with SOW.
