PROJECT TITLE: Repair FP Ranger Station Marina (Hurricane Sally) PMIS 315686 MAGNITUDE: A Firm-Fixed Price construction contract to repair storm damage and rebuild dock and boathouse to meet current building codes and standards as applicable. This project will include replacing the damaged and missing sections of the marina with new decking, associated substructure pile caps and joists and the metal roof. Work shall be performed by state licensed marine construction contractor (bonded and insured), and must utilize up to date marine construction materials to enhance survivability during Tropical Storms and Hurricanes. Estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
