Estimated price range between $100,000 and $250,000. SCOPE: Remove the Pavilion roof structure on Langdon Beach Hut Building # 31 and replace (decking and aluminum standing seam roof, trusses, gutter, ceiling, hardware and deteriorated boards and railings). Also remove existing asphalt shingle roof with a standing seam aluminum roof on Battery Worth Restroom/Shelter (FL19). All work shall comply with Florida Building Code (FBC) and ASCE 7-16 Standards, and meet all other requirements accordance with SOW. BASIS OF AWARD: Comparative evaluation of quotation or offer using price and other factors. Readily discernible value indicators such as quality, schedule, past performance, warranty conditions and maintenance availability will be considered when making a Best Value award decision.
