Project Title: Cyclic Replacement of Lift Station Pumps (PMIS 234774) Park/Unit: Gulf Islands National Seashore/Fort Pickens Area/Perdido Key Area This cyclic maintenance project call out the replacement of six 220/230 volt sewer grinder pump equipment and associated components for public use facilities in the Florida District. Magnitude of construction projects: The work consists of all labor, equipment, supervision and materials to remove existing and replace Lift Station components at Fort Pickens and Perdido Key, including but not limited to: - Installation of new KSB mixer pump and Simplex control panel with timer on mixer chain at Main lift station - Removal of existing "EOne" progressive cavity grinder pumps and Installation of new 230 Volt/1- Phase Crane model "OGP" centrifugal grinder pump, SST Quick Removal System and controls. - Note: The Crane "OGP" pumps, Panels and SST quick removal systems must be used so to match other lift stations upgraded with same. The NPS intends to keep all systems same Make and Model for ease of maintenance and interoperability. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000 Sites of Work (see Maps, Atch 1 SOW pgs 9-12): - Fort Pickens Main Lift Station (mixer pump) - Perdido Key (Johnson Beach) comfort station - Fort Pickens Entry Station. - Fort Pickens Langdon Beach Hut - Fort Pickens Group Camping - Fort Pickens Battery Worth Restrooms Refer to attached SOW for more details. The Government seeks competitive quotations from sources within the local trade area. Contractor registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time quotation is submitted is required to be deemed eligible for award consideration.
