Work shall include all labor and materials to remove existing units and replace up to 11 HVAC systems (Base plus Bid Options One thru Four) highly efficient of varying size and type (1.5, 2.5, and 3 Ton units of forced air heat pump, heat pump forced air units, geo thermal units, and mini-split units).
