This amendment rescinds the cancellation of the solicitation and reinstates it in full. The government’s requirements, statement of work, terms and conditions, and evaluation criteria remain unchanged from the original RFQ. Vendors that previously submitted quotations may submit a revised quotation, or may confirm in writing that their existing quotation remains valid. Any revised quotation will supersede the prior submission. All submissions must follow the original RFQ’s instructions.
