The National Park Service intends to issue a solicitation for the replacement of two HVAC units at the Tuskegee Institute National Historic Site in Tuskegee, Alabama. This procurement is set aside for small businesses under NAICS code 238220. A firm-fixed-price contract will be awarded, and Davis Bacon prevailing wages for Sumpter County, Georgia will apply. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov on or about March 27, 2026, with offers due approximately 30 days after its issuance. All interested offerors must have an active SAM.gov record, qualify as a small business, and have no exclusions.
