Replace Septic Systems, Cowpens National Battlefield Congaree National Park (COWP), Gaffney, SC The National Park Service (NPS), Department of Interior (DOI), Cowpens National Battlefield Congaree National Park has a requirement for the following project; Replace Septic Systems, which is located at 4001 Chesnee Highway Gaffney, SC, within Cherokee County. Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this Pre-Solicitation announcement, or any follow-up information requests. Your response is due no later than 0900hrs/9:00 am Eastern Time on 19 June 2025. The Government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. The amount of interest or lack thereof will determine the possibility of a competitive set-aside or full and open competition. All firms should be registered and certified in the Systems for Awards Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, in order to participate in this requirement. Payments will be made via Electronic Funds Transfer using the data within the SAM registration database. Place of Performance: Cowpens National Battlefield Congaree National Park Place of Performance Address: 4001 Chesnee Highway Gaffney, SC, within Cherokee County PSC Code: Z2ND – Repair or Alteration of Sewage and Waste Facility NAICS Code: 238910 - Site Preparation Contractors Estimated Cost Range: This projects magnitude is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00 Estimated Period of Performance: 4 August 2025 to 3 August 2026 Project Description (Scope); The primary objective of the project is to Replace Septic Systems. This requirement involves performing work as defined in the Statement of Work when the solicitation is issued. Detailed requirements and/or specifications will be listed within the solicitation and other attachments as required. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation once issued. The solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP) and its attachments will be issued electronically. Anticipated publish date: On or about 30 June 2025.
