SERO IEV 3D CHARACTERS The purpose of this amendment is to extend the response date to 17 July 2023 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-87 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant contract will be awarded using Acquisition of Commercial products and Commercial Services in accordance with FAR 12. This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19-502-2. The principle NAICS is 541511 and size standard is $34M. The National Park Service, East Contracting Office has a requirement to develop 3D digital characters representing the American Civil Rights movement. The contractor will be responsible for the development, creation, production, and recording of digital three-dimensional characters representing some of America¿s best-known Civil Rights Leaders. These characters will be used in a variety of digital exhibits online, in the NPS app, and on life-size projection/reflection displays in National Parks to help America¿s Civil Rights history come to life in ways that are relevant, meaningful, and engaging for modern audiences. Characters must portray a high degree of life-like features, movements and facial gestures as well as historically authentic physical characteristics including posture, clothing, size, appearance, and voice. The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is 140P5123R0012. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the firm that provides the best value without discussions in accordance with FAR 12. All responsible sources may submit a Proposal, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid UEI number and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). SAM.gov offers free services. An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 541511 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov.
