Southeast Regional Office of Interpretation, Education, and Volunteers (IEV) SOCIAL MEDIA The purpose of this amendment 0001 is to post questions and answers for this requirement and extend the response date to 21 August at 12:00pm EST. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-87 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant contract will be awarded using negotiated procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19-502-2. The principle NAICS is 516210, Media Streaming Distribution Services, Social Networks, and Other Media Networks and Content Providers and size standard is $47M. The National Park Service, Interior Region 2, South Atlantic Gulf has a requirement for social media management services for six of America¿s most iconic Civil Rights sites. These include: Selma to Montgomery National Historic Trail (SEMO), Tuskegee Airmen National Historic Site (TUAI), Tuskegee Institute National Historic Site (TUIN), Freedom Riders National Monument (FRRI), Birmingham Civil Rights National Monument (BICR), and Medgar and Myrlie Evers Home National Monument (MEMY). Social media platforms will include Facebook and Instagram (at a minimum). The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is 140P5123Q0067. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the offeror that provides the best value without discussions in accordance with FAR 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid UEI number and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). SAM.gov offers free services. An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 516210 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov.
