DETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY FOR GUCONMP This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-87 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant contract will be awarded using negotiated procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19-502-2. The principle NAICS is 541620, Environmental Consulting Services and size standard is $19M. The National Park Service, Interior Region 2, South Atlantic Gulf has a requirement to provide Determinations of Eligibility for the National Register of Historic Places for Unassessed Resources within Guilford Courthouse National Military Park, located in Greensboro, Guilford County, North Carolina. The park encompasses the core of the battlefield where the armies of General Charles, Earl Cornwallis and General Nathanael Greene met on March 15, 1781, in one of the major Southern Campaign battles of the Revolutionary War. The park is also significant for preservation and commemoration efforts beginning in the late 1800s and continuing into the 20th century that influenced acquisition and design of the site. The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is 140P5123Q0056. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the offeror that provides the best value without discussions in accordance with FAR 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid UEI number and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). SAM.gov offers free services. An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 541620 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov.
