The purpose of this amendment 0001 is the post questions and answers for this requirement and extend the response date to 08/10/2023. SERO IEV 3D ARTIFACT MODELING This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-87 and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The resultant contract will be awarded using negotiated procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This is a total small business set aside in accordance with FAR 19-502-2. The principle NAICS is 541511, custom computer programming services and size standard is $34M. The National Park Service, Interior Region 2, South Atlantic Gulf has a requirement is to develop three-dimensional virtual tours of ¿The Oaks¿ ¿ Home of Booker T. Washington, and the George Washington Carver Museum, both located at Tuskegee Institute National Historic Site in Tuskegee, Alabama. The goal of this project is to enhance public awareness of the important Civil Rights sites protected and preserved by the National Park Service so that people from all walks of life can learn about the important people who fought for, and successfully achieved, constitutional protections of American Civil Rights. The project should also increase accessibility to these two sites by offering ways for visitors to access the sites in-person, or from home, regardless of time of day, to accommodate a broad spectrum of visitors with varying abilities to travel and interact with the sites in person. This access should assist individuals as well as educational groups in exploring Civil Rights. This project will result in virtual tours and collections for both ¿The Oaks¿ and the George Washington Carver Museum. Virtual tours should include a user-driven interactive version as well as recorded video version with narration, sub-captions, and background music and audio effects. Additionally, between 30 and 60 artifacts housed in either ¿The Oaks¿ or museum will be scanned as 3D objects and incorporated into the tours. The solicitation number assigned to this requirement is 140P5123Q0051. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to the offeror that provides the best value without discussions in accordance with FAR 13. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid UEI number and be registered with System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). SAM.gov offers free services. An offeror must ensure that they are self-certified under NAICS Code 541511 in the Representations and Certifications portion of SAM.gov.
