The National Park Service has a requirement for the following project. If you are interested, please submit your detailed capabilities in WRITING to demonstrate the same or similar experience to this project. This is not a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation to bid. No proposal package, solicitation, specification, or drawings are available with this announcement. Response to this announcement is strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this sources sought announcement, or any follow-up information requests. If you choose to submit a package, clearly identify the park and project on your package (Martin Luther King Jr National Historical Park (MALU) – Repair and Repavement of Parking Lots and identify your socio-economic status (8(a), HUBZone, Service Disabled Veteran, WOSB, EDWOSB, or Small Business). Your response is due no later than 12:00 pm Eastern Daylight Time on June 16, 2023. The Government anticipates conducting a competitive acquisition for this requirement. The amount of interest or lack thereof will determine the possibility of a competitive set-aside or full and open competition (the size of a small business firm includes all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, etc.—see 13 CFR 121.108.) Misrepresentation of size status can result in penalties. All firms should be registered and certified in www.sam.gov. Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park Repair and Repavement of Parking Lots NAICS Code: 237310; Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction PSC Code: Z2LB; Repair Or Alteration Of Highways/roads/streets/bridges/railways Estimated Cost Range: $25,000 - $100,000 Estimated Period of Performance: July 2023 to October 2023 Project Description (Scope) The primary objective of the project is to repair and repave the parking lots at Ebenezer Baptist Church and Fire Station. The paving has been in place for nearly 20 years which is beyond the life cycle for asphalt. The work shall consist of applying a preventive maintenance action to the parking lot surface that includes minor spot repairs (patching), crack sealing and the application of a surface seal or non-structural overlay at Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historic Site Atlanta, Georgia per the specifications. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Site Visit Only one site visit will be offered for this opportunity, and the information shall be listed in the formal solicitation (Anticipated publish date: On or about 17 June 2023) when it is published to sam.gov.
