Building 210 in Fort Wadsworth is a 3-story building occupied by elements of the headquarters group. The carpet in many areas has passed the serviceable life and is in need of replacement. The carpet is failing at seams and is also lifting off the subfloor causing ripples and tears that are tripping hazards. The SAHO Unit has administrative offices in Building 26 and 58. The carpeted areas in these buildings are in a similar condition. All carpets in these buildings need to be changed to ensure a consistent and safe walking surface in these areas.
