THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY The National Park Service (NPS) Upper Delaware Scenic and Recreational River (UPDE) is conducting market research to determine availability of firms that specialize in both asbestos removal / remediation and small-structure demolition. This special notice is for planning and informational purposes only and SHALL NOT be considered as an Invitation for Bid, Request for Quotation, or Request for Proposal. There is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this notice. The Government is seeking responses to this sources-sought synopsis from all interested businesses capable of providing the services needed requirement. Small businesses in all socio-economic categories (including 8(a) Business Development Program, Historically Underutilized Business Zone, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, etc.) are highly encouraged to identify capabilities in meeting the requirements at fair market prices. In your response, be sure to identify any conditions which may limit small businesses from participation. Be advised that responses to this notice are limited to email correspondence and limited to a total of three (3) pages. Telephone calls/responses will not be accepted. NAICS code for this requirement: The established NAICS code is 562910 ¿ Remediation Services with a size standard of $22M dollars. A brief capability statement (no more than 3 pages) indicating the capability to perform the REQUIRED services. Be specific with RELEVANT contracts of same or similar in nature scope (work), size and complexity. Include contract numbers, descriptions, dollar values, periods of performance, and a customer POC (as applicable). 3. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System NAICS code is 562910 ¿ Remediation Services. The Government will not review general capability statements submitted in response to this notice. Please ensure submissions are tailored to asbestos removal / remediation and demolition. Questions: Questions regarding this Sources Sought notice shall be submitted, via email, no later than 1:00 p.m. ET, Friday, December 16, 2022. After this deadline, questions will not be considered regarding this announcement. Responses to this notice are due no later than 11:00 a.m. ET, Friday, December 23, 2022. Description of Services: Description of Services: Ideally, Abatement, Demolition and Disposal of building; abatement of hazardous materials; demolish and dispose of building; removal and ¿safe-off¿ of all utilities, sidewalks, and other permanent fixtures serving the buildings; restore site and include photographic documentation. Contractor shall provide sufficient technical support and project management to assure quality, accuracy of estimates, and timely completion of the project according to delivery requirements. Contractor¿s work responsibility shall include all contractor planning, programming, administration, coordination and management necessary to provide all work as specified. Work shall be conducted by the Contractor in strict accordance with the contract and all applicable Tribal, Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, codes or directives.
