The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a Small Business Size Standard is $15.0 Million. The period of performance shall commence within ten (10) calendar days of the Notice to Proceed. The performance should be completed within one hundred and sixty (160) calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued. The order of magnitude for this project is estimated to between $100,000 and $250,000. The successful offeror must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management) and have current online Representations and Certifications.
