The National Park Service is seeking competitive quotes for inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm detection and suppression systems. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, and parts for scheduled preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs. Work will be performed at Salem Maritime National Historic Park, including the replica ship Friendship of Salem, and Saugus Iron Works National Historic Site, with delivery locations in Salem and Saugus, Massachusetts. An organized site visit is scheduled for September 3, 2026, at 9:30 AM ET, starting at the Custom House in Salem before an optional visit to Saugus. All work must comply with the Statement of Work included in the solicitation documents.
