This project involves procuring and implementing a Fuel Management System for gasoline and diesel dispensing at two fueling sites in Acadia National Park. The system will enable secure, user-based fuel access and data tracking to improve accountability, federally mandated reporting, and operational efficiency. An organized site visit for interested offerors is scheduled for August 31, 2026, at 10:00 am ET, starting at Acadia National Park Headquarters in Bar Harbor, ME. After the first site, participants may optionally drive to the Schoodic location, about 90 minutes away. Performance of services will take place at these two park locations.
