Acadia National Park seeks to procure and implement a Fuel Management System for gasoline and diesel dispensing at two vehicular fueling sites. The system will provide secure, user-based fuel access and data tracking to support accountability, federally mandated reporting, and operational efficiency as detailed in the Statement of Work. An organized site visit is scheduled for August 31, 2026, at 10:00 am ET, starting at Acadia National Park Headquarters in Bar Harbor, Maine, with an optional drive to the Schoodic location about 90 minutes away. A subsequent amendment provides responses to questions, site pictures, electrical system details, and the site-visit sign-in sheet. Performance would occur at the park’s Bar Harbor and Schoodic fueling sites.
