Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment and supervision as required to replace the HVAC System in the Antram Gray House as detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW). Information is provided in the Statement of Work, included with the solicitation documents. The estimated magnitude of the complete requirement is between $25,000 and $100,000.
